The plaza is at the seafront of Pereas , with attractive view to Zea's marina .

A perimeter walk is established , overlooking the sea .

Along the walk will be arranged open-air theater , art gallery ,

and water features .

Planting is designed to complement the functions and to form

a transition from cityscape to seascape .
