Α' stage master plan : plazas , pedestrian network ,

water features , planting .

The space between buildings is articulated to a network of plazas , gardens and walkways , serving the needs for meeting ,moving and ceremonies of the university community .

Walkways , water features and planting create focal points , making movement interesting and pleasant .

Water and plants reduce heat gain , contributing to a more affordable microclimate .

The overall design follows the great tradition of Islamic architecture , introducing linear vistas enclosed gardens and

geometric decorative patterns .
