In an area of 27 acres at Pafos' coast the development includes 140 houses , streets , pools and small plazas .

Building types and arrangement address to mediterannean village with neighborhoods and outdoor patios .

Planting reinforced this feeling and due to mild climate, quite soon multicolour gardens enriched the site .

Following an energy conservation planting schedule , amount of irrigation water kept considerably low . The appropriate positioning of plants creates a pleasant microclimate , minimizing the use of air conditioning during summer .
